Resolution:

Self Service and new device setup services have been restored and user's should be able to authenticate again with those applications. Communication between the necessary authentication systems had been blocked because of an address change but that has since been resolved.

Original message:

Jamf is experiencing an issue of not allowing accounts to sign into Self Service+ and for enrollment of new mobile device setups, including new iPads. Only UWEC owned Apple devices should be affected. LTS is working to identify the underlying cause and remedy the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
