Resolution:
Microsoft has restored access to all hosted services like Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint.

Microsoft is currently working to fix issues with multiple M365 services like Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. UWEC users may experience temporary connectivity issues accessing these services.
