Resolution:
The FollowMe printing services were restarted and appear to be functioning again. Any Ricoh FollowMe MFD that may be stating retrying to connect to the server should resolve on its own. You can also try tapping an ID to login to force a refresh or power off the MFD and restart it.

An unplanned outage of the FollowMe printing service is being investigated. They system may be unavailable until the cause of the issue is determined.
