Resolution:

FollowMe services are functioning again. LTS has not determined the root cause of this reoccurring issue. This only appears to be impacting mobility print users which are generally everything but Windows users. If this issue occurs again, FollowMe services may be unavailable for an extended period of time while working through troubleshooting steps with product support to narrow down the root cause and provide the necessary support information to PaperCut. Apologies in advance for any future outages that may occur until the proper fix is in place.
