Resolution:

Slow or timed out logins to FollowMe MFDs were resolved late last night. There was an unexpected impact to the PaperCut system when another service being upgraded was not available to communicate with. A process to adjust settings in the PaperCut system when the other service is unavailable is in place to prevent slow or timed out logins in the future.

PaperCut FollowMe MFDs are currently experiencing an issue where the ability to login and release prints is low or will time out. LTS is working with the vendor to determine the cause of the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
