Resolution:

The main problem on the server has been resolved and these services are coming back online as devices around campus are being rebooted.

Original message:

We are currently experiencing a problem with several Blugold Card scanning capabilities on campus, this could and will affect several locations where a Blugold card is used. We are working with the vendor to resolve the problem.
