Resolution:

The temporary bypass to the other system that was causing FollowMe MFD login issues has been removed, and services have been returned to a normal operating state. Please report any printing related issues to helpdesk@uwec.edu or by calling them at (715) 836-5711.

Original message:

PaperCut Printing Services are operational again. An issue with another system PaperCut utilizes was causing login issues to FollowMe MFDs. We are currently bypassing that additional system to allow printing to function. This will not impact anyone's print, copy, or scan capabilities while the other system is unavailable.
