Resolution:
The university's cloud hosted instance of Jamf Pro is back online and accessible to all clients. Mac services like Self Service should now be functional.
Original message:
The University's cloud hosted instance of Jamf Pro is down and is being addressed by the vendor Jamf. We do not have an estimate for when services are expected to be restored. This outage will prevent use of Self Service for software installation on Apple devices until repaired.
