PaperCut FollowMe Printing System Outage

Resolution:

At 1:45PM today, our vendor provided us with a trial license to help us regain functionality while the original license issue is being addressed. We have tested this out, and PaperCut is now functional. All Ricoh MFDs and their PaperCut apps should be working again. This is a temporary fix, and the full license will be applied during non-business hours. A new outage notification will be created in the event there is another issue. Thank you for your patience during the downtime today.

At 11:00AM today, the PaperCut Follow Me Printing system started experiencing an issue with licensing. We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue. Until this is resolved, all Ricoh MFDs will be unable to communicate with the PaperCut server which means print jobs will not be able to be released. A follow-up message will be posted when the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience as we work through this.
