The DUO multi-factor authentication service is currently down. We are waiting for the vendor to fix the issue.
BP Logix will be performing routine server maintenance Friday evening 12/10/2021 @ 10:00PM CST . This will result in the system being down for approximately 40 minutes (it may be less).
Resolution:
Amazon Web Services (AWS), which supports and runs Canvas servers, is now operational. Thus, Canvas is working as normal.

Microsoft is troubleshooting an update that failed earlier this semester and there may be interruption to both computer imaging and Software Center 11/30/2021 and 12/1/2021. Users that have a critical need to have an item installed from Software Center should contact the LTS help desk and put a ticket in with the installation request.

This morning, a denial of service attack left hundreds of UWEC users with locked accounts and no ability to sign in. The users affected were able to sign in by 8:15a.

The PaperCut FollowMe printing system will be unavailable from 5AM to 6AM Tuesday, September 14th to install an update to resolve an issue. Printing, scanning, and copying from any FollowMe multifunction device (MFD) will not be available during this time. MFDs may require and show a registration screen to the server upon first use after the upgrade is completed. If a unit is not completing self-registration, please email helpdesk@uwec.edu with the EO Johnson service tag number on the sticker on the front, along with the building and location.

A SCCM update was ran Friday after hours. The update failed to fully install and has caused some issues in SCCM. We have put a support ticket in to Microsoft to fix the issue. Until they respond SCCM imaging will be down. Software Center appears to be able to install applications correctly
The 25Live Scheduling Tools will be down for maintenance between noon and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11.
CampS and the Data Warehouse will be down for server maintenance between 4:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Friday, September 10.

For a complete backup for the project to move BP Logix to the cloud we need to shutdown eform1, there will be no actual changes made to eform1 it will just no be available from 4AM to 5:30AM Friday the 27th of August.
