The database server known as DB09 is being virtualized today in preparation for hardware retirement. Database access to db09 will be unavailable this evening Thursday February 1st beginning at 4:30pm. Notification have been made and approvals have been received from the remaining clients with application still using DB09.

Last Friday, 12/1/2017, UWEC users experienced intermittent authentication issues when trying to access Office 365 services like email, Blugold Insider, etc... Those issues were caused by a misconfigured network load balancer running on the UWEC network. The load balancer configuration was fixed around 6p Friday evening, which resolved all Office 365 authentication issues.

Authoring will be down on CommonSpot for both new and legacy sites. It will be down from Thursday, Nov. 30th at 9pm to Friday, Dec. 1st at 7am.
Voicemail services associated with UW-Eau Claire telephone services and Cisco telephones have been restored and are now operational.
Voicemail associated with UW-Eau Claire telephone services used by all Cisco telephones is currently down and unusable. We are working with Microsoft support to resolve the issue.
