LTS is working to restore services as quickly as possible. Uploading to Kaltura should be performing normally. This problem was likely due to issues within the network path between UWEC and one of Kaltura's servers, and not necessarily Kaltura itself.

The kaltura streaming service is currently experiencing slow or no upload speed for adding videos. LTS is in contact with the service provider to resolve the issue and will send out an update announcement when resolved.
