ImageNow and WebNow will be unavailable for use for the duration of Friday, March 18 to accommodate a system upgrade. Please contact the LTS Help Desk at helpdesk@uwec.edu or 715-836-5711 if you have any questions or concerns. The Help Desk staff will assist you or forward your question or concern to the appropriate person.

Our partners at Qualtrics have informed us that they are conducting a scheduled maintenance on their centers on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. CST.
During the maintenance window you may experience intermittent connectivity to Qualtrics services. Respondents may experience an inability to access surveys or submit responses during this time.

Mac management services have been restored. Users should now be able to use Self Service for applications, etc.
Mac management services are currently not working. This impacts the ability to install and use items in the Self Service application on a Mac. LTS is working to restore services as quickly as possible. If you need assistance with getting something you would normally need from Self Service, please contact the LTS Help Desk and have them create a ticket for your needs.

Uploading to Kaltura should be performing normally. This problem was likely due to issues within the network path between UWEC and one of Kaltura's servers, and not necessarily Kaltura itself.
The kaltura streaming service is currently experiencing slow or no upload speed for adding videos. LTS is in contact with the service provider to resolve the issue and will send out an update announcement when resolved.
Routine maintenance will be performed on the email servers, Friday 2/5 from 4a - 7a.

We are currently experiencing some issues with the network that prevents some users from logging into Authoring. Authoring might be unavailable at times while we try to resolve this issue.

Lync instant messaging and conferencing services are back online now.
The Lync instant messaging/conferencing system will be unavailable tomorrow, January 12th 2016, from 10:00a-2:00p. A notice will be posted when maintenance has finished and services are up and running again.
CampS will be down for server maintenance between between 4:00 and 5:00 AM on Friday, 1/8/2016.
Bitvise SSH Server on Mapleleaf will be getting a security patch on Friday, 12/18 at 5AM followed by a reboot. Contact Bob Schwartz with questions or concerns.
Various maintenance tasks may cause network connectivity and services to be interrupted at RDC, on Friday morning between 4am and 7am.
Authoring services have been restored for the new CommonSpot website.
Authoring is still down for the new CommonSpot website. The public-facing website remains unaffected. We expect authoring services to be restored early next week.
On Friday during routine maintenance, the authoring server failed. Repeated attempts to repair the corrupted server were unsuccessful. Re-creating the authoring server from a cloned production server was attempted but was unsuccessful. We are currently in the process of troubleshooting the virtual environment and re-creating the authoring environment from scratch.
We expect no data loss but extended downtime is necessary. We will update again once authoring services are back up.
