CommonSpot Authoring Update

Due to issues with an update to the ADF v1.8.1, authoring in new CommonSpot sites was disabled Friday evening (legacy sites are unaffected).

Any work done in new CommonSpot sites on Friday, July 24 will be lost as we work to restore functionality.

Authoring for new CommonSpot sites is planned to restored by the morning of Tuesday, July 28.
