Please ACTIVATE the Winterim D2L courses you will be using for instruction. Once activated, students will be able to see the course title in their D2L course listings and will be able to enter the course as of the start date (January 2 for most Winterim courses).
Instructions for activating and for changing D2L course dates can be found in the UWEC D2L Faculty Help Collection: http://www.uwec.edu/LTS/services/software/d2l-faculty/activate.htm.
On the morning of Monday, December 30, LTS experienced complications with a web application server that resulted in several hours of downtime. The server has been stabilized, and the applications are available again. Please feel free to contact LTS Web Development at web@uwec.edu with any questions or concerns.

The Streaming Media Portal will be unavailable between 6AM to 7AM on Friday, November 29th to have software updates installed. After the update users are asked to clear their web browser cache for the site MEDIA.UWEC.EDU and should contact the LTS Help Desk at 715-836-5711 if they need assistance with that process.

The streaming media portal will be unavailable Tuesday, November 5th, from 6 to 7AM while installing a critical patch.
The streaming media portal may be unavailable between 4-7AM on Friday, November 1st while software updates are installed on the system. These updates are intended to improve performance when performing certain tasks within the system.

LTS will be upgrading the Streaming Media Portal tomorrow between 5:30 and 7AM. Streaming content will be unavailable during this time. After the upgrade users may need to flush their web browsers cache to properly view content.

Educators, please activate the fall D2L courses you will be using for instruction this term. Inactive D2L courses cannot be accessed by students.
Activating your courses puts the links for your courses in your student listings. The course links will become live for students on the course start date, September 3 for most fall courses.
