Streaming Media Portal Maintenance Tonight

A critical update will be applied to the Streaming Media Portal between 10PM-Midnight tonight. The portal will be unavailable during this process.

This patch is intended to resolve the slow response times of the system.

Streaming Media Portal Upgrade

LTS will be upgrading the Streaming Media Portal tomorrow between 5:30 and 7AM. Streaming content will be unavailable during this time. After the upgrade users may need to flush their web browsers cache to properly view content.

Activating your courses puts the links for your courses in your student listings. The course links will become live for students on the course start date, September 3 for most fall courses.

The STUDENTS.uwec.edu file server, which hosts student home drives (H:) and academic shares (W:), will be unavailable all day August 7th, 8th and 9th for routine maintenance.

Web application server outage

On the morning of Friday, July 26, LTS experienced complications with a web application server that resulted in several hours of downtime. The server was stabilized by 11:00 a.m., but additional maintenance will be required over the next few days to resolve the problem entirely. This will result in brief periods of downtime (generally less than five minutes) for several web applications, and will take place outside of peak hours. Thank you for your patience!
