Preemptive network maintenance is required in The Suites. This is to avoid an imminent, longer, unplanned service interruption. Various maintenance tasks will cause network connectivity and services to be interrupted Monday morning between 04:00 and 04:30.
To avoid unplanned service interruptions, preemptive network maintenance or upgrades are required in Welcome Center. The maintenance will occur outside of published building hours.

Services appear to be stable. Please contact the LTS Help Desk if you experience any new wireless issues. When contacting the Help Desk, please provide as much detail as possible, such as: device(name/type), time and location(building/room), screenshots.

Due to a software crash, wireless services were interrupted briefly around 09:45 this morning. Services appear to be operational again, at this time. LTS is investigating the outage.
The PaperCut FollowMe printing system will be updating on Friday, April 21st from 6:00AM to 7:00AM. During this time all FollowMe MFDs will be unavailable for printing. Some units may be available for use earlier than 7:00AM.

The live webcam system may be down for extended periods of time while it receives updates. The system should be operational again long-term at some point during the morning of Friday, March 9th.

The necessary fix was applied to the Transact card system and all dependent systems should be back to normal operations.

An unplanned outage of the Transact card access system for a critical update will have impacts on accepting credit cards at some locations, door access, and logging into PaperCut FollowMe MFDs. Centers is working with the vendor to resolve the issue and anticipates resolution within an hour.

At this time, the Kaltura/My Media "Major Outage" has been resolved. Please reach out to the LTS helpdesk (helpdesk@uwec.edu) if you are still experiencing issues such as not being able to play captions, not being able to play a video, or not seeing videos in your My Media account.

Kaltura/My Media is experiencing an unplanned "Major Outage" outage that is affecting users' ability to use all Kaltura services including video playback, recording, upload, and editing appears to be disrupted. This outage appears to impact both the Mediaspace video portal and Kaltura's Canvas integration.
