Qualtrics has notified UW-Eau Claire that Qualtrics services (i.e., https://survey.uwec.edu) will experience an outage for the 2-hour window from midnight until 2:00 a.m. on August 26, 2022 while UW-Eau Claire's data is migrated to a new data center facility.
A server upgrade to our Voice system will be taking place after 5pm on 2022/08/17. Voicemail may be temporarily unavailable during the system reboot.

Slow or timed out logins to FollowMe MFDs were resolved late last night. There was an unexpected impact to the PaperCut system when another service being upgraded was not available to communicate with. A process to adjust settings in the PaperCut system when the other service is unavailable is in place to prevent slow or timed out logins in the future.
